Miles Anderson is a Law Clerk from The University of San Diego School of Law. Mr. Anderson assists our attorneys with client matters before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Franchise Tax Board (FTB), Employment Development Department (EDD), and California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDFTA). Miles interfaces with clients and firm members in the areas of client intake, case file management, research, and document drafting, as well as other client centric activities.

Miles attended the University of Nevada, Reno and obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Philosophy, with a minor is Journalism. During college, Miles interned with a criminal defense firm where he assisted attorneys in drafting motions, conducting legal research, and doing case related discovery review. Miles also worked with the Washoe County Department of Public Health during the COVID-19 pandemic where he assisted epidemiologists with tracking infectious diseases across the state of Nevada.

Mr. Anderson expects to graduate with his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2024 and plans to pursue his LL.M. after graduation. Miles is a member of the Criminal Law Society and enjoys golfing and playing guitar in his spare time.
