Peter Masih is a law clerk from California Western School of Law. Mr. Masih assists our attorneys with client matters before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Franchise Tax Board (FTB), Employment Development Department (EDD), and California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDFTA). Peter Masih serves the firm by assisting potential clients, case file management, research, document drafting, and ensuring our attorneys are equipped to effectively represent our clients.
Mr. Masih obtained his undergraduate degree in Psychology from California State University of Fullerton. As an undergraduate Peter worked with The Leela Project, a non-profit which provides foster boys and at-risk youth with access to higher education, funding for supplies, and other various needs underprivileged communities experience. During his tenure as an Executive Director, Mr. Masih helped secure funding to provide more than 500 haircuts and over 1,000 backpacks filled with school supplies for young boys going back to school. He created the “Literacy and Etiquette” program to assist 5 th grade boys, not on track to matriculate, and integrated the program in elementary schools located in South Central Los Angeles. Mr. Masih focused of his time generating funds, leading various mid to large scale events, and networking to create new sponsorships.
Mr. Masih will complete his Juris Doctor in the Fall of 2022. Mr. Masih was the recipient of the
2L Dean’s Leadership Scholarship and was one of four students appointed to serve on the new faculty
screening board. Mr. Masih intends to pursue a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation to further his
