Dod Ghassemkhani is Special Counsel with RJS LAW. Since 2004, Mr. Ghassemkhani has worked in the criminal justice system as a Criminal Defense Trial Attorney. Mr. Ghassemkhani represents clients in criminal matters ranging from high-profile, news-making cases to misdemeanor petty thefts. Mr. Ghassemkhani’s experience includes defending DUI’s, drug related offenses, domestic violence, felony fraud, felony assaults, felony theft, felony stabbings, felony robberies, felony residential burglaries, felony hit and run, rape, kidnapping, and murder cases. Mr. Ghassemkhani is qualified under the California State Bar to represent clients in Death Penalty cases.

Dod completed his undergraduate studies at Santa Clara University graduating in 1998. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law earning his Juris Doctorate in 2003.
