Lauren Suarez is Of Counsel at our firm. Ms. Suarez’s practice focuses on federal and state tax controversy. Ms. Suarez advises and assists individuals and companies to resolve matters before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Franchise Tax Board (FTB), Employment Development Department (EDD), and California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA), in an expeditious and efficient manner.
Ms. Suarez is licensed to practice law in California. Lauren obtained her Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of San Diego School of Law (USD) after earning her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific and her undergraduate degree from Loyola University of Chicago. Lauren enjoys regularly contributing as a writer on tax related content for Bloomberg Tax and ABA American Bar Association, as well as other publications.
Lauren is a San Diego native and loves collaborating with people and businesses requiring tax advice and assistance.
