Michael Lutzky, CPA is a Law Clerk from the University of San Diego School of Law. Michael Lutzky supports our attorneys with client matters before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Franchise Tax Board (FTB), Employment Development Department (EDD), and California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDFTA).

Mr. Lutzky graduated cum laude from Yeshiva University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics along with a double minor in Accounting and Finance. While an undergraduate, he served as a University Tutor assisting students with a range of math courses.

After college, Mr. Lutzky began working at a local accounting firm where he ensured financial accuracy and compliance for several small businesses. While working, Mr. Lutzky also became a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of CA.

Mr. Lutzky’s work as a CPA inspired him to attend law school and further his education. He is currently a rising second-year student. In the coming year, he will be an associate member of the San Diego Law Review and serve as an Academic Success Fellow for the University of San Diego School of Law.

 Outside of work, Mr. Lutzky enjoys participating in trivia nights, going for hikes, or watching a good basketball game.
