Danielle N. Misleh is a Staff Accountant at our firm assisting our attorneys with client matters before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Franchise Tax Board (FTB), Employment Development Department (EDD), and California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDFTA).

Danielle is a resolute legal professional passionate about assisting those in need. She began her career in 2018, joining the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office in the Consumer Protection division after completing her Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science and a minor in Sociology from Pennsylvania State University. Eager to broaden her expertise, Danielle transitioned to private practice, expanding her skills and knowledge.

In 2022, Danielle earned her Master of Legal Studies with a Public Law & Policy concentration from Northeastern University School of Law. Prior to joining RJS Law, Danielle worked in Bankruptcy Law assisting attorneys and their clients with all aspects of Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy petitions. She brings her wealth of experience, commitment to excellence, and detail-oriented background to our firm and will continue to gain more knowledge and experience within the legal field.

Outside of her work in the legal industry, Danielle enjoys reading captivating novels, taking memorable vacations, and cherishing quality time with her family and friends.
